ABOUT RYAN HUFFMAN
My name is Ryan Huffman and I was born and raised in Cobourg. Ever since I graduated from the University of Ottawa, School of Management it has been a passion and dream of mine to pursue a career in Real Estate. I moved back to Northumberland County to pursue this dream and passion. Prior to moving back to Northumberland, I spent 10 years in the industrial automation field building and maintaining relationships from the ground up in a technical sales-management-ownership role. This experience complimented with my Bachelor of Commerce degree gives myself the versatility to provide knowledge, skill and education in both the Residential and Commercial markets. In 4 years I have reached production levels to achieve results that put me in the Top 1% for 2022, Top 3% for 2021 and a Top 100 Producer for the month of November 2023 with my previous brokerage. After making the switch to eXp Realty, I finished 2024 off by ranking the #10 eXp Agent in Canada. I have also reached ICON Agent Status with eXp Realty each of my two years with the brokerage for 2024 and 2025. ABOUT AMY MCPHERSON
Amy and her family moved to Cobourg when she was entering grade 2. As an adult, she has lived in a few different places over the years but has always considered Northumberland County home. A few years ago, Amy, her fiancé Mark and son Henry purchased their dream property in Baltimore where they have 2 rescue dogs, horses, chickens and a barn cat! Always having an interest in real estate and interior design Amy finally took the plunge in 2021 and started the journey to obtain her real estate license!
ABOUT ASHLEY CREWS
Ashley has been part of Ryan Huffman Real Estate Team since day 1; part-time at first but we transitioned into a full-time role 4 years ago and there is no turning back! Always bringing a positive outlook and fresh ideas to the table I couldn’t imagine not having her as part of our team! She is the creativity behind our Sneak Peek and Coming Soon videos and manages all of our Social Media Platform’s.
Originally from Nova Scotia, Ashley moved to Ontario 12 years ago to become a Registered Veterinary Technician. This is where the ideas for our nail trim and dog wash events have originated. She begins every morning at the YMCA or heads outside for a run. In her spare time she volunteers for Helping Rescue Cats and helps organize other fundraising events in the community. She shares her home with myself, our new puppy Brutus and our six cats Queen Victoria, Prince Charles, Princess Fiona, Earl Grey, Lord Barnaby and King Duncan.
ABOUT KARTHICK NAGASAMY
Karthick moved to Canada in 2014, arriving in Montreal with a strong vision for building a successful future. He completed his Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering in 2016 and soon after relocated to Port Hope for work. Since settling in Northumberland County, Karthick has come to deeply appreciate the welcoming community, rich culture, and incredible local food that make this region such a special place to call home.
Throughout his professional career, Karthick has been involved in numerous infrastructure and construction projects. These experiences allowed him to develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills while working with complex systems and large collaborative teams. His attention to detail, dedication to quality, and ability to navigate complex projects have become key strengths that he brings to every opportunity.
Inspired by the community that welcomed him and became his home, Karthick decided to pursue a career in real estate. After earning his real estate license, he has proudly joined the Ryan Huffman Real Estate Team.
